Still no set of plans at testing site

I just called Jon as the plan were guaranteed by Fed Ex to be at the Mkto testing location by 10am. Yeah - it's now 11:30am and still no plans. UGH! Ok, so he is allowed 5 hrs to take the test. What happens if the plans don't arrive until 1pm and the center closes at 5pm?

I told Jon that honestly, I think we have grounds to sue. First of all, all of the lost time today and whenever he has to take the test since it's so late and secondly, all of the anguish and added stress of having to take it again and now still not having the prints and not knowing when he has to take it. AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH! He was supposed to leave for TX with Larry tomorrow and if he doesn't test today if the plans don't arrive on time. Grrrrrr. Honestly, how on earth can someone pass a test now because of everything that's happened.
